This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday with overtime as required.Responsibilities: Consult with customers both in person and over the phone to analyze both current and future needs to determine the most appropriate level of service/salesDemonstrate comprehensive company product knowledge to customers and effectively articulate company's competitive advantageMaintain a clean and organized work environmentProvide occasional order picking and miscellaneous warehouse duties, as the need arisesProvide occasional deliveries to customer's shops or jobsitesOther duties as assignedQualifications:Plumbing and/or HVAC knowledge preferredSuccessful customer service experience and great communication skillsAbility to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and customers both in person and over the phoneStrong PC skills with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe AcrobatProactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriatelyMust pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check, and driving record check)
