This is a full time position working Monday through Friday with overtime as required.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers both in person and over the phone to analyze both current and future needs to determine the most appropriate level of service/sales
- Demonstrate comprehensive company product knowledge to customers and effectively articulate company's competitive advantage
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide occasional order picking and miscellaneous warehouse duties, as the need arises
- Provide occasional deliveries to customer's shops or jobsites
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Plumbing and/or HVAC knowledge preferred
- Successful customer service experience and great communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and customers both in person and over the phone
- Strong PC skills with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately
- Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check, and driving record check)
$24.00 / hour
