ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assist the Loan Servicing Department with daily operations.
- Independently review and verify loan data using system reports and internal checklists.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
- Validate collateral insurance coverage, UCC filings, and Real Estate Title documentation for accuracy.
- Monitor loans throughout their lifecycle, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Perform complex reconciliations across multiple accounts and general ledgers.
- Assist branches and loan production offices with advanced loan-related inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Assist Management with department oversight, as needed.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Associate degree and/or a combination of education and experience in business, accounting, finance or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred.
- Five years of experience in loan servicing, lending processes or loan administration.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Word processing, Excel, and loan servicing software systems.
