This is a full-time, on-site role located in Santa Monica, CA. As the Head of Payments (Product Lead), you will lead the development, execution, and optimization of Plug’s payment systems. Your responsibilities will include analyzing payments workflows, introducing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable processing. You will manage payment services, oversee compliance, and develop strategies to improve user experience and financial operations for Plug’s clients and stakeholders.
- Expertise in Payment Services, Payment Card Processing, and Payment Systems
- Strong command of Analytical Skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of Finance and financial operations related to payment processes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver product improvements
- Experience in managing compliance and regulatory requirements in payment services
