Looking for a candidate with technical abilities and leadership experience. Candidate will work with the existing team to ensure smooth operations, monitor performance, handle client needs and support strategic business goals. An extensive knowledge of Microsoft products, Adobe and Outlook and other software's expected. IT background and/or Management experience preferred.
The Assistant Operations Manager/Project Manager is responsible for the coordination, planning and control of all aspects of the project life cycle as well as the production floor. They will report directly to the Owner. Candidate must implement proper programs to ensure product accuracy and efficiency. This is a full time position. Responsibilities will include:
- Manage and coordinate with other team members.
- Supervise and train other staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Perform all duties of day to day operations as needed.
- Completing projects according to client specifications.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients via phone and email.
- Processing electronic data to client specified formats.
- Data validation and QC of projects.
- Learning new systems, software platforms and specifications as required.
- MUST be proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Working with clients to ensure proper specifications for technical deliverables.
- Ordering supplies and assist with running of the office on a day to day basis.
- Ability to produce accurate and timely work.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt well to change.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Work well in a team environment.

Hours mainly M-F, 8am-5pm. Some weekends are required but limitied to 4-6 times a year.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
