Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the branch and help to achieve sales, customer service and profitability goals and objectives while improving productivity and efficiency
- Manage Driver Routes and Inventory
- Manage Fleet and Ensure DOT Standards are met
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and the community
- Develop employees and company culture by promoting mutual respect for each other, a positive regard for company growth, training, development, and retention of employees.
- Support and demonstrate company culture and values with coworkers and customers
- Always put safety first
Qualifications
- 2 years supervisory experience with strong leadership and decision-making skills including proven experience successfully coaching and mentoring employees
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated project management skills that deliver our intended scope on-time and within budget
- Proficient in the use of computers and software (SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Preferred Skills
- CDL A or B License with Tanker & Hazmat
- Forklift experience
- 2 years management experience in the fuel and lubricant industry
- Knowledge of the Hampel Oil’s business and customer base
Pay range and compensation package
- Average pay range: $83K - $87K a year.
- Work a typical schedule of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday with some weekends as needed
