What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at Plow Restaurant?
PLOW is an elevated New American cuisine restaurant located not in Chicago, not in Milwaukee, not in Madison, but in the charming village of Cambridge, 16 miles southeast of Madison. The restaurant is in a former feed mill from the mid-1800s and is located in the heart of the village's downtown district. People from Rockford, Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison drive to Cambridge for dinner. Spring and Summer offer outdoor dining on our patio, as well as vacationers who visit Lake Ripley. Tips can be very good here!
PLOW features a full bar with craft cocktails, and indoor and outdoor patio seating as well.
The food is incredible. Much is locally sourced from our farm. Menu items include vegetarian lasagna, New York Strip, wood-fired pizza, tacos, and a lot more.

- You'll be making sassy and creative craft cocktails, along with the usual complement of beers and wine.
- The tips will be elevated, tools like ice mold, smoke guns, and the potential to develop and create.
- Hours are Wednesday-Saturday 4-9 pm and Brunch Saturday-Sunday 11-2pm
- We open for special occasions, selected holidays, and events.
- We are currently using the Toast POS system.
