Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards
Deliver food and drinks while ensuring guest satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests
Verify legal drinking age and follow all alcohol service regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining room, and service areas
Restock supplies, glassware, garnishes, and beverage inventory as needed
Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure efficient service
Qualifications
Previous bartending, serving, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout a shift
Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must meet all state and local requirements for alcohol service
