Front Office Assistant Manager

This is more than a reception position—we are seeking someone who can think outside the box, solve problems, build relationships with patients, and contribute new ideas that help our practice grow.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing daily front office operations
• Help maintain a productive and full patient schedule
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
• Greet patients and create a welcoming experience
• Verify insurance benefits and explain financial arrangements
• Manage treatment plan follow-up and patient communication
• Support team training and accountability
• Create and implement patient retention and reactivation strategies
• Assist with marketing, social media, and community outreach efforts
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous dental office experience required
• Experience with Dentrix preferred
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Creative thinker who enjoys solving problems and improving systems
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership qualities with a team-first mindset
