What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and execute a knowledge management strategy for a premier restructuring group
- Develop and maintain precedents, templates, and legal resources
- Leverage AI tools and analytics to improve knowledge capture and accessibility
- Monitor legal and market trends to inform attorneys and clients
- Drive thought leadership (articles, blog content, client-facing materials)
- Partner with Business Development & Communications on strategic initiatives
- Design and deliver trainings for attorneys on knowledge systems and AI tools
- Support innovation around client service delivery and efficiency
What They’re Looking For
- JD Active NY Bar
- 2 years of knowledge management or relevant legal experience
- Strong background in legal research, writing, and content development
- Interest in technology, AI, and innovation within legal practice
- Ability to operate independently while influencing senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
