We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator with 4 years of proven experience ready to take ownership of key marketing initiatives and grow into a senior-level role. This is an on-site position.
This is a hands-on, versatile position ideal for a confident professional who’s ready to contribute from day one — but also eager to continue growing. You’ll work across all areas of marketing, including digital, print, events, content, and branding, while closely supporting our sales team to drive revenue.
You’ll manage campaigns, create marketing assets, and collaborate cross-functionally with departments and leadership. This role offers a strong opportunity to develop your leadership, strategy, and project management skills while making a visible impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the company’s marketing plan and budget.
- Research, identify, and communicate target markets, customer segments, and potential contacts for product and service sales.
- Support the sales team by qualifying and developing leads, preparing strategic sales presentations, and providing detailed information on territory suspects, prospects, and customers prior to travel.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, websites, and print.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the company’s website, including content updates, SEO, and performance tracking.
- Create and manage digital and print collateral such as brochures, whitepapers, advertisements, and press releases.
- Manage brand presence and public relations efforts, including social media, press engagement, and content marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute company conferences, trade shows, and major events, including travel and post-event reporting.
- Build brand awareness and positioning across platforms and track impact.
- Manage trademarking of company brands and copywriting for company communications.
- Evaluate and report on market competitors.
- Perform other responsibilities as necessary to support the sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related discipline.
- Experience in creating a marketing plan, marketing budget, marketing strategy, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, website development, and other digital content marketing. (Constant Contact, WordPress, Google Analytics, social media tools).
- Experience with print marketing including print advertisement, written articles, whitepapers, and other printed content.
- Understanding of public relations.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Solid project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change.

- Able to travel for events, trade shows, and customer support (domestic & international).
