Now Hiring! Kohler Showroom Sales Consultant Location: Greenwich, CT 06830 - Onsite Salary: $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Plus Monthly Commission Job Summary: Reporting to the Branch Manager and Assistant Manager, the Kohler Showroom Sales Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional service and expert product selection assistance to our Plimpton & Hills customers. You'll be in charge of expediting orders from vendors and conducting customer visits as needed, increase sales, market share, company profitability and customer satisfaction by working with consumers in choosing plumbing fixtures and related items.Benefits:

- Leverages a deep understanding of interior design and kitchen & bath products to produce sales results
- Educates consumers on kitchen and bath products, the design process, the supply chain / delivery process and all timelines
- Qualifies customer as to their project size, budget, & taste
- Creates customer bids in line with customer expectations and completes sales order follow up activities in a timely fashion
- Demonstrates effective listening skills to incorporate consumer wants into designs and understand their needs
- Keep pricing lists and structures confidential
- Understands the basics of the construction process and when the various showroom products fit within the construction cycle
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized showroom appearance to enhance sales
- Educates customers on how you and your organization differentiate from competitors
- Leverages relationships with past clients, vendors, channel partners, manufacturers, etc. to grow business
- Recognizes different consumer types and adjusts approach with each for optimal results
- Plans for upcoming customer meetings with a defined time management process
- Serves as a resource for the consumer and all parties involved in the project
- Establishes a “trusted advisor” status to become a liaison between the showroom customer and the installing contractor
- Achieve set goals and objectives as well as consistently strive to exceed sales performance goals
- Other duties as required
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 2 years of luxury sales experience in home goods, kitchen, bath, and/or design preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; verbally and written
- Familiarity with industry’s trends
- Results driven and customer focused
- High School diploma required; Associates degree in design preferred
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
