What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Coordinator position at PLI Fabrication LLC?
Builds working relationships with customers by requesting quotes and processing orders.
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Build and maintain working knowledge of customer base products and applications.
- Build and maintain working relationships with customer base.
- Process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner (goal – within 24 hours).
- Learn and maintain working knowledge of customer systems (i.e., EDI, In house systems, matrix, etc.)
- Liaison for customer and Sales Team with internal departments.
- Address / complete all tasks identified in daily production meeting.
- Process quote requests and verify information on quote prior to faxing/emailing to customer.
-Expedite orders when necessary.
-Handle inquiries and/or concerns to resolve discrepancies for external and internal customers.
-Work closely with Sales Team to maintain open communication and update information.
- Maintain method folders and update when necessary.
- Coordinate end of life (EOL) on production parts with Customer and appropriate departments.
- Negotiate with internal and external customers to resolve issues/concerns.
- Build and maintain working knowledge of PLI manufacturing capabilities.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Experience with ACUMATICA a plus.
