Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Escrow Assistant / Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in supporting our escrow officers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide a professional, welcoming office experience
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Assist escrow officers with file setup, document preparation, and data entry
- Order reports (payoffs, HOA docs, demands, etc.)
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain organized and compliant escrow files
- Coordinate appointments and assist with signing logistics
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in escrow, real estate, lending, or administrative support preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude, team player, and professional demeanor
