Plexus is working with a new client in the Web3 infrastructure space. They are building cross-chain foreign exchange and settlement technology, enabling seamless value transfer across blockchain networks.
They are looking for a Chief Risk Officer/Founding Engineer to join at the ground floor and help architect and build their core protocol infrastructure from scratch.
Role:
- Designing and building core cross-chain settlement infrastructure.
- Contributing to protocol architecture and technical decision-making.
- Shipping production-ready code across the full stack.
- Collaborating directly with founders to define the technical roadmap.
Requirements:
- Strong background in blockchain or distributed systems engineering.
- Experience building and shipping production-level Web3 applications.
- Proficiency in a systems or smart contract programming language.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-ownership environment.
