The position offers exposure to both day and rotating shifts, providing opportunities for development into roles such as Customer Care Specialist and Customer Experience Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation of customer interactions
- Perform data entry and report generation as needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service goals
- Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage customer information
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in customer service roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and Zendesk
