Sales and Marketing Assistant - responsible for working with the office manager and sales team to provide support for sales, marketing, logistics, filing and other administrative tasks as needed for a top quality manufacturer of custom acrylic furniture and home accessories.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- provide support for the sales team with customer communications, order updates, and other tasks as needed
- assist with quote requests
- photograph finished items for marketing and social media
- coordinate shipping of our finished good via small & large parcel, white glove, etc.
- greet walk-in customers and guests
- assist in organizing and maintaining the company’s showroom
- assist with scheduling and filing.
- contribute to a safe and secure working environment
Experience Required/Desired
- you MUST be personable and able to offer effective customer service. No selling is required, although good customer service does impact sales so it's extremely important
- you MUST have computer skills and knowledge of office software packages like excel and word
