Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Bridge Loan Associate to join our team at our Long Beach office. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to build a strong foundation in commercial real estate lending. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in mortgage lending, escrow, or title, and be comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment. This position will involve direct interaction with ownership and senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and managing bridge loan applications from intake to closing
- Collect, review, and organize borrower and property documentation
- Support underwriting by analyzing financials, rent rolls, and property data
- Coordinate with escrow, title, brokers, and borrowers throughout the loan process
- Maintain and update loan pipeline and internal tracking systems
- Prepare loan summaries, reports, and internal documentation
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the lending team
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in mortgage lending, escrow, title, or related field preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
