We’re looking for a Digital Media Manager who will work closely with our restaurant clients to build, execute and report on paid media campaigns (primarily Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Connected TV and programmatic DSP). The right candidate will have several years of experience within these platforms and will be open to continuously testing, learning from and optimizing our ongoing work.
You will be data-driven, collaborative, and eager to share, debate, and offer new perspectives. Most of all, you will have the ability to connect with our clients’ customers, understand what motivates them, and help our team create ideas that add value for them.
We are a distributed company, so you will have lots of video meetings, but you can work from pretty much anywhere that has reliable internet.

Responsibilities
- Own digital media strategy implementation, execution, and performance for a key enterprise client
- Work cross-functionally with Clients, Brand Managers, Business Analytics, Creative and Media Planners to execute campaigns
- Build digital marketing campaigns in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Connected TV and programmatic DSP platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and spend pacing for dozens of campaigns across multiple buying platforms
- Translate campaign performance data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for clients
- Serve as a primary contact for digital media performance, confidently presenting performance, insights, and recommendations
- Support the larger digital media team with campaign across the agency builds, monitoring & reporting
- 6 years of experience in digital marketing experience with Google, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads & DSPs for Connected TV (ex. Basis DSP, DV360, Trade Desk)
- Be an excellent communicator with top-tier presentation skills
- Experience working with multiple brands simultaneously and managing monthly digital marketing budgets of $500,000
