About the Role: As our TikTok Creator Operations, you will be the architect of our creator ecosystem in North America. You’ll own the entire journey—from discovering the next breakout creator, to onboarding them, to executing campaigns that drive serious revenue. You’re not just a connector; you’re a business owner directly accountable for the GMV generated through our creator network. You’ll build the system, manage the relationships, and optimize the performance to fuel our growth.
What You'll Do:
- Own End-to-End Creator Partnerships: Manage the full lifecycle of TikTok creator collaborations for the North American market. This includes prospecting, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, content alignment, and ongoing relationship management to ensure smooth, effective campaigns.
- Drive Revenue & Own GMV Goals: Be directly accountable for driving sales through creators. You’ll set, track, and hit aggressive GMV targets. Use real-time data to pivot strategies, adjust content, or swap creator mixes to maximize performance.
- Build & Curate a Premium Creator Roster: Develop and maintain a robust, ever-growing database of North American TikTok creators. Categorize them by niche, audience quality, and sales performance. Proactively hunt for high-ROI, undiscovered talent to build a pipeline for scalable growth.
- Systemize for Scale: Design and refine our creator collaboration playbook. Establish clear standards for creator vetting, streamlined workflows, and a performance evaluation system tightly linked to GMV, boosting efficiency and repeatability.
- Analyze, Optimize, Repeat: Conduct deep-dive performance analysis on creator campaigns (GMV, conversion rates, return rates, etc.). Identify what’s working and why, then implement actionable strategies to continuously improve results.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor TikTok's evolving e-commerce features, algorithm changes, and creator trends. Adapt our strategies swiftly to stay compliant and capitalize on new platform opportunities for revenue growth.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with our Supply Chain and Marketing teams to align on product availability, campaign calendars, and promotional support, ensuring a seamless backend for every creator campaign.
What We're Looking For:
- Must-Have Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok creator/influencer campaigns specifically for the North American market.
- A proven track record of directly driving sales (GMV) through creator partnerships.
- Experience building and managing a database or roster of 100 creators.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data. You use TikTok Analytics and e-commerce dashboards to make decisions.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) is non-negotiable for seamless negotiation and communication with creators.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Deep familiarity with TikTok's platform rules and e-commerce ecosystem.
- Big Pluses (Our "Wow" Factors):
- Experience managing a single creator campaign that generated over $100K in sales, or building a powerhouse matrix of top-tier creators in a specific vertical (e.g., beauty, home, tech).
- A history of exceeding ambitious quarterly/annual GMV targets in an e-commerce setting.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating favorable long-term contracts and securing exclusive deals or discounts for your company.
- A knack for finding and activating "diamond-in-the-rough" creators who become high performers.
- Personal or professional experience living in North America, giving you an intuitive feel for local culture and trends.
- Knowledge of a specific product vertical (beauty, electronics, home goods, etc.).
