Retail Associate – Havana

We're Hiring Now — Retail Associate (Havana / Aurora)

BASE PAY: $15.16/HOUR (Colorado minimum wage — guaranteed, paid every hour)

Pleasures Entertainment is hiring a Retail Associate based at our Havana store in Aurora, with floating shifts available at our Washington and Federal locations. We're a licensed adult retail business looking for driven, reliable team members.

Plus sales commission. Commission is not guaranteed and varies month to month based on store sales.

Shifts: Havana is our priority need. Day, Swing, and Graveyard shifts are available. Must have reliable transportation to travel between locations.

What you'll do (in order of importance):

Sell — this is a sales role first. Help customers, recommend products, and hit store sales goals.

Operate our POS system accurately for sales, returns, and pricing

Count and reconcile cash drawers, keep required paperwork complete and accurate

Keep the store clean and organized, including the arcade area and parking lot

What we're looking for:

Driven to sell and hit goals

Reliable and on time, every shift

Own reliable transportation — you'll travel between locations

Must be 18 or older, must pass a background check

Comfortable working in an adult retail environment

No experience required — we'll train you
