What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Practice Psychotherapist, Couples/Family position at Pleasantville Therapy?
Pleasantville Therapy is currently accepting applications for a part-time couples/family therapist and/or a child psychologist/psychotherapist, with the potential for turning into a full-time position. This position is ideal for an early career psychologist or social worker interested in seeking to work in a warm and engaged multidisciplinary group practice setting.
We offer flexibility in hours and scheduling and provide weekly supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians. The position is based in our our Pleasantville office and is fee-for-service. Applicants who bring a sense of humor, enthusiasm, and warmth to the position are always a great fit with our practice.
Qualifications
- Have obtained a Ph.D., Psy.D., MSW, MFT, or MHC from accredited program.
- Have a license or limited permit to practice in New York.
- Interest and experience working with children/adolescents
