Shift Availability for Activities Assistant:

• Regular Modified Full-Time 72 hours every two weeks
• Weekdays 11am-7:30pm
• Every other weekend 9am-5:30pm
• Every other holiday 9am-4pm

Responsibilities of Activities Assistant:

• Implementation of recreational program.
• Monitor resident needs, preferences, and attendance in activities.
• Assist in preparing activity rooms/areas for scheduled activity programs.
• Experience working with Dementia preferred.

Qualifications of Activities Assistant:

• Desire to work with the senior population
• Strong interpersonal skills with awareness for dignity, respect, compassion and safety
• Dementia care experience is preferred.
