Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed
Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transferring residents from bed to wheelchair or bath
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and respect to all residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
