We have the following opening for the 2026-2027 school year:
PV HIGH SCHOOL
Print Shop Coordinator
- 8 paid hours per day
- 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (30 min. unpaid lunch)
- $18.61/hour after 60-day probationary period
QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate with post-secondary education and/or experience in areas related to the listed performance responsibilities. Ability to multi-task is a must in this fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Google Email and Google Documents is preferred.
REPORTS TO: Building Principal
JOB GOAL: The trained staff service a wide range of projects for district employees in a cost-effective and timely manner, creating everything from district handbooks to school posters to print jobs requested by classroom teachers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the employee in this position. They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of a person in this position.
- Make copies per print job instructions
- Delegate tasks for Print Shop paraeducator
- Collate, fold, hand staple, laminate, and bind jobs as needed
- Set up equipment as instructed per HVAC (Theater, Cafeteria, Gym, etc)
- Order supplies for Print Shop (staples, paper, office supplies, etc)
- Order supplies and keep inventory for the Bookstore (protractors, compass, lead, etc.)
- Operate School Bookstore and make change for students (have a locked cash box)
- Print replacement ID cards for students and enter data for new students In Lifetouch Portal and communicate with technology staff to update Infinite Campus
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Call for service on machines
- Other duties as assigned
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Salary and work year assigned according to the Letter of Assignment.
EVALUATION:
Performance of this job will be evaluated by the building level administrator.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Medium Work - lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling 20-50 lbs. occasionally, 10-25 lbs. frequently or up to 10 lbs. constantly. Stooping and kneeling occasionally. Reaching, talking, and hearing frequently. Must be able to remain mobile throughout the work day.
