Digital Press Operator – Part-Time or Full-Time

Jurassic Marketing is looking for a Digital Press Operator to join our production team — either part-time or full-time.

If you enjoy hands-on work, like learning new skills, and take pride in producing high-quality finished products, you’ll fit right in with our herd.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain our Xerox & Xante digital presses to produce high-quality print pieces
• Monitor jobs for color, alignment, and overall quality from start to finish
• Troubleshoot basic press issues and keep jobs moving efficiently
• Assist with cutting, trimming, inserting and other finishing tasks as needed
• Float into other areas of production when needed, including bindery and finishing

Growth & Cross-Training

This isn’t a one-lane role. Based on your skills and interests, you’ll also be cross-trained in:

• Graphic design
• Data preparation and variable data work
• Prepress and file setup

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow — not just punch a clock.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in printing or operating digital equipment is preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Excellent math and measurement skills (ruler reading, fractions, etc.)
• Someone who takes initiative and follows through
• A track record of learning new skills and improving over time
• Team player who’s willing to jump in wherever needed

Requirements

• Ability to pass a criminal background check (no felonies or violent crimes)
• Ability to pass a 4-panel drug test (excludes cannabinoids)
