Position: Restaurant Sales Associate
Employer: Pleasant News, Inc.
Status: Part or Full-time, Non-Exempt
Reports to: General Manager, Asst. General Manager, Supervisor, Team Lead

Primary Duty Summary:
- Assist customers enter their dining orders using our automated ordering system
- Suggest additional product offerings to pair with the guest’s meal
- Review and repeat the customer’s order for accuracy
- Provide an exceptional customer experience for our guests by offering a pleasant greeting at the beginning of the interaction and thanking the customer at the end of the transaction
- Be professional, pleasant and welcoming in demeanor, presentation and dress
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and follow all safety and sanitary policies and procedures
- Be knowledgeable of our products and menu offerings
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs., be organized and be able to work in a hot kitchen environment
- Available to work shifts in a 7-day a week, 4:00AM-10:00PM operation
- Arrive and clock-in no more than 15 minutes before the start of your scheduled shift, take your break at the time designated by the MOD and clock-out immediately at the end of your shift

- Full and Part-Time positions available
- 1st shift: 4AM TO 1PM (PRIORITY)
$17.13 per hour based upon experience
