Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. The role is based in Hampstead, NC, The Service Technician will perform day-to-day tasks such as inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and conducting preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. Including geothermal, heat pumps, chillers commercial handler’s, and rooftop units This role requires close collaboration with customers to ensure satisfaction and efficient performance of systems, as well as compliance with EPA and safety standards. Accurate documentation of service calls is expected.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and identifying issues with HVAC systems
- Experience in preventive maintenance, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of EPA regulations and ability to comply with environmental and safety standards
- Valid driver's license and reliability for on-site service calls
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications such as EPA or HVAC certifications are preferred
