Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and managing social media posts.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage relationships with influencers and partners for potential collaborations.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts within social media content.
- Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
- Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in e-commerce.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in content creation and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
- Experience with public relations strategies and relationship management is a plus.
