This is a part-time 16hours/week on-site role for a Youth Leader located in El Cajon, CA. The Youth Leader will be responsible for overseeing and conducting enrichment activities, ensuring the safety and engagement of children, and facilitating programs that encourage teamwork and personal growth. The role involves collaborating with team members to plan activities, supervising children during events or programs, and maintaining a fun and nurturing environment that aligns with Playtime Pros’ mission.

Qualifications
- Experience in child supervision, program facilitation, or working directly with youth in educational or recreational settings
- Skills in planning and organizing engaging activities that promote creativity, teamwork, and fun
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to interact effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols for working with children
- A passion for youth development and fostering meaningful, positive experiences for children
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or training in child development, education, or related fields is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
