1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING & PREPARATION
by
labeling and packaging products correctly.
2. DOCUMENTATION
by
Preparing essential shipping documents for both US and International shipments, including packing lists, bill of ladings and custom forms, HAZ documentation.
3. CARRIER COORDINATION
by
communicating with freight carriers and other transportation providers to schedule and coordinate pick up and delivery.
4. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
by
receiving and inspecting incoming products, maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse inventory management system.
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE
by
responding to inquiries regarding order status and shipping information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. COMMUNICATION
by
effectively communicates with vendors, customers, other departments and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
6. MAINTAINS SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
by
complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Must be a high school graduate or have equivalent training
- Must be able to type
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Must have good communications skills
- Must be organized
- Must be able to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Must have knowledge of safety regulations.
- Must be able to lift a maximum 51 lbs. on average during a normal work day.
- Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Forklift experience preferred
- 5 years of computer experience preferred
- Must be trained and certified in Hazardous Waste and Dangerous Goods.

- Steel toed shoes are required at all times.
- Must wear required PPE while on the production floor.
- Must adjust PPE to be meet requirements, as some specific areas may require additional specific items to be worn for PPE, such as bump caps, hard hats, shin guards, gloves, etc.
- Normal manufacturing environment exposed to noise and heat if working in production area.

- Carrying, pushing, or pulling parts to area.
- Lifting and bending frequently.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Majority of the time standing and moving about the department.
