Company Values: Honesty and Integrity Respect and Caring for Others Openness and Collaboration Individual and Team Accountability Passion and Purpose Principal Duties & Responsibilities Support quality mission by auditing and inspecting internally and externally manufactured parts and processes to identify improvement opportunities. Investigate and act on improvement opportunities. Collect and report quality data metrics by measuring and analyzing performance of company, supplier, and departmental quality metrics Develop reports on first article PPAP and environmental testing of supplied material. Communicate with suppliers on supplier quality issues, request corrective action, and provide initial feedback to the supplier on the effectiveness of implemented supplier corrective actions. Qualifications, Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Demonstrated emotional intelligence in written and verbal communication when dealing internally and externally to teams and individuals. Demonstrated ability to define a problem and then collect and/or analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and verify effectiveness of implemented improvements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Skilled in the proper use of common measurement tools used in the quality assessment of a broad range of manufacturing processes. Skilled in blueprint reading. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ERP System (Syteline), Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: 2 year technical degree, ASQ certification, broad knowledge of manufacturing processes and PPAP process or equivalent. Knowledge of the rotomold plastic manufacturing processes. Travel Requirements: Travel is not regularly required and is estimated at 5-15% Company Information and Disclaimer Working Conditions: Normal office environment setting or may be exposed to noise if working in or around a production area. Schedule is Monday through Friday, normal business hours. Constantly required to sit, use hands, talk, and hear. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Position Location: Position is typically onsite Monday through Friday (8AM-5PM) and not remote eligible. Only under special circumstance(s) will the person be allowed to work remotely and with express written consent of senior leadership. Compensation: Compensation for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications, aligning with industry standards. The salary range for Monett, MO, is also based upon geographical market standards for the industry and position in those areas. There is a possibility of a bonus(es) based on individual performance and merit to be paid at the sole discretion of the company, but bonus(es) are not guaranteed unless outlined in writing in the offer letter extended to the candidate selected for the position.
