Collaborate across P&C specialties to design and deliver programs that engage, develop, and retain top talent. Navigate sensitive employee relations matters with confidence and care, balancing business and people priorities. Lead initiatives in organizational design, workforce strategy, performance, coaching, team planning, and employee relations. Continuously improve our people processes and challenge the status quo with smarter, more human solutions. Facilitate leadership meetings, team off-sites, and cultural moments that spark connection and clarity. And, of course, you'll take on other duties as needed to keep things moving forward. The Experience You Bring5 years as a strategic HR Business Partner— partnering with senior leaders in global, fast-paced environments. A natural coach who knows how to grow leadership capability and navigate change with ease. Proven success collaborating with cross-functional HR teams to deliver end-to-end talent solutions. Hands-on experience running cross-functional, global HR projects—juggling different cultures and time zones like a pro. Deep fluency in org design, performance, development, engagement, and employee relations Confident in analyzing and presenting people data to influence senior stakeholders. Comfortable leading multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, tech-driven workplace. Hands-on proficiency with tools like Dayforce, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Slack, Zoom, and MS Office.
