A Day in the Life of a Dog Daycare - Animal Care Attendant
In this role, you'll spend your day supervising dogs in our play yards, ensuring safe, engaging, and positive interactions. You'll lead fun activities, guide group play, and practice basic training and leadership exercises.
Patience and calmness are key-you'll provide structure, guidance, and affection to help every dog have the best day possible. After a full day of play, some pups need a bath, and you'll make sure they go home clean, relaxed, and happy.
Your responsibilities also include cleaning and sanitizing our facility and play areas to maintain a healthy environment for both pets and people. You'll work closely with a fun, supportive team, taking pride in knowing you're helping dogs live their best lives-while getting paid to hang out with them!

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required: to stand for extended periods and, depending on the role, spend significant time outdoors in various weather conditions. Qualifications
- Comfortable working with animals
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable cleaning and handling all aspects of pet care, so being okay with a bit of dirt and odor is a must!
- Experience in the pet care industry is a plus, but not required-we're happy to train the right person!
Work Schedule
This position can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability.
- Full-time: 35–40 hours per week
- Part-time: 16 –32 hours per week on average Shifts are typically 8 hours long between 6:30 AM and 7:00 PM, with shorter shifts available based on team needs. We offer flexible scheduling to support a healthy work-life balance.
