What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog Playgroup Leader position at PLAYFUL POOCH?
Playful Pooch is a dog daycare and boarding facility located in Mars on Route 228. We are looking for a part-time Dog Playgroup Leader for weekdays and weekends. We can accommodate all types of schedules including second jobs, college schedules, high school schedules, and cyber school schedules. This position is supervising a group of 15- 20 dogs. There is cleaning involved. We are looking for a reliable person with a positive attitude who likes to have fun with dogs!
Job details include:
- Keeping all pooches happy and playful
- Monitoring dog interactions
- Maintaining clean play areas
- Communicating with managers about any issues
- Must have the stamina to stand and walk for six to eight hours at a time
- Training wage is $10/hr for 30-day probationary period. $12/hr if requirements met after training period is completed. Further raises based on performance and promotion. We promote from within for management positions.

Hours of Shifts:
M-F 6:15am- 1:00pm , 1:00pm- 7:30pm, & 3:00pm-7:30pm
Sat 6:45am- 1:00pm & 1:00pm- 7:30pm
Sun 6:45am- 11:00am & 3:00pm- 7:30pm
