Join our dynamic team as a Pet Boarding & Dog Daycare Employee, where your passion for animals and dedication to exceptional pet care will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for pets during their stay. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure each pet receives personalized care, making their experience enjoyable and stress-free. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work closely with animals while delivering outstanding customer service to pet owners. Whether assisting with daily pet activities or maintaining a clean and organized facility, your proactive approach will help create a positive environment for both pets and their owners.
Responsibilities
- Provide & oversee other team members providing attentive pet care, including feeding, administering medication, and monitoring health status
- Manage & handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques and animal handling skills
- Schedule & engage pets in play and enrichment activities to promote mental stimulation and physical activity
- Ensure cleanliness of kennels, cages, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment
- Assist with & oversee pet grooming, bathing, and basic veterinary-related tasks as needed
- Supporting pet owners through excellent customer service, answering questions and updating them on their pets’ well-being
Qualifications

- Prior experience in customer service, dog training, pet grooming, or animal handling is highly desirable
- Experience in management or working in with animals is a plus
- Knowledge of animal restraint techniques and safe handling practices is helpful
- Strong management and customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and long periods of standing or walking
- Passionate about animals with a proactive attitude toward their safety and comfort
