JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of Treasury Management solutions. Works closely with Treasury Management Sales Officers, Treasury Management Operations Specialist, and Customer Experience Representatives to support and maintain a competitive Treasury Management offering.
RESPONSIBILITIES:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
a. Supports the Treasury Management sales process by understanding the customer’ business processes and treasury management goals to provide the best solution(s) that fit into their environment, focusing on existing relationships that are looking for additional solutions.
b. Provides onboarding and ongoing training to customers for Treasury Management products.
c. Provides excellent customer service for Treasury Management customers by providing ongoing support and maintenance for Treasury Management products.
d. Follows and maintains departmental procedures to support and maintain Treasury Management products and services in a timely manner.
e. Manages communication coming to the Treasury Management team for phone calls, emails, ticketing system, and other correspondence.
f. Creates and maintains Treasury Management tracking reports.
g. Provides backup to other areas of the department, as requested.
h. Develops and maintains an effective knowledge in Treasury Management and banking services.
i. Promotes an atmosphere which fosters our Mission, Vision, and Values to employees, customers, and communities.
j. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Banking experience with an emphasis on Deposit Operations or Treasury Management preferred.
2. Use and understanding of various computer software related to carrying out essential responsibilities of the position.
3. Must be able to work independently and follow documented procedures.
4. Understanding of related compliance and regulations preferred.
5. Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
6. Professional appearance.
7. Effective oral and written communication skills.
8. General areas of competency: decision making, dependability, development, environmental safety, evaluation skills, interpersonal skills, prioritizing, problem solving, selling skills, team skills and time management.
Physical Requirements:
Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
