JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for configuration of Treasury Management solutions. Works closely with Treasury Management Sales Officers, Treasury Management Sales Specialists, and Platte Valley Companies Operations teams to efficiently deliver Treasury Management offering.
RESPONSIBILITIES:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
a. Supports the Treasury Management sales process by completing applications, agreements, and setting up the Treasury Management products.
b. Follows and maintains departmental procedures to set up, perform system maintenance, and off boarding for Treasury Management products and services.
c. Manages the monthly account analysis statement process including processing changes, updates, posting of statements and fees, and monthly reporting.
d. Maintains Treasury Management tracking reports.
e. Performs departmental administrative duties including electronic and hardcopy record maintenance.
f. Provides backup to other areas of the department, as requested.
g. Develops and maintains an effective knowledge in Treasury Management and banking services.
h. Promotes an atmosphere which fosters our Mission, Vision, and Values to employees, customers, and communities.
i. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Banking experience or Office Administration/Clerical experience preferred.
2. Use and understanding of various computer software related to carrying out essential responsibilities of the position.
3. Must be able to work independently and follow documented procedures.
4. Understanding of related compliance and regulations preferred.
5. Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
6. Professional appearance.
7. Effective oral and written communication skills.
8. General areas of competency: decision making, dependability, development, environmental safety, evaluation skills, interpersonal skills, prioritizing, problem solving, selling skills, team skills and time management.
Physical Requirements:
Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Reaching, fingering, grasping, repetitive motions, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, talking, hearing, pulling, pushing, thinking, concentrating and interacting with others.
