JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading the ongoing support and maintenance, onboarding, and offboarding of Treasury Management solutions. Works closely with Treasury Management staff, Deposit Operations, Data Operations, and Customer Experience Representatives to support and maintain a competitive Treasury Management offering. Responsible for tracking and reporting of current business relationships, setup of new products, and development of supporting infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

a. Supports the Treasury Management sales process by understanding the customer treasury management goals to provide the best solution(s) that fit into their environment, focusing on existing relationships that are looking for additional solutions.

b. Leads the TM Operations Support Team in completing customer setups, training, and general support.

c. Professionally handles complex customer and employee inquiries that require in-person, telephone, or email responses while maintaining confidentiality.

d. Maintains and updates departmental procedures to ensure timely and accurate support of TM products and services.

e. Manages incoming communication to the Treasury Management team, including calls, emails, and ticket requests.

f. Works with the Manager of Treasury Services to maintain tracking and reporting.

g. Partners with the Manager of Treasury Services on new product development aligned with the Bank’s strategic goals.

h. Coordinates operational needs to support new and existing TM products while ensuring compliance.

i. Provides backup support to other areas of the department, as requested.

j. Maintains strong knowledge in Treasury Management and banking services.

k. Promotes an atmosphere which fosters our Mission, Vision, and Values to employees, customers, and communities.

l. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Banking experience with an emphasis on Deposit relationships or Treasury Management preferred.

2. Use and understanding of various computer software related to carrying out essential responsibilities of the position.

3. Must be able to work independently and follow documented procedures.

4. Understanding of related compliance and regulations preferred.

5. Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

6. Professional appearance.

7. Effective oral and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
