JOB SUMMARY:
Maintain, update, track, and help coordinate the internal evaluation pipeline. Maintain, track and distribute ongoing construction report for the Nebraska Charter. Conduct construction inspections in the local area. Maintain, update and distribute Platte Valley Companies Approved Appraisers List. Review Approved Appraisers List yearly. Conduct bank-owned real estate inspection.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

a. Build, maintain, organize, track, and distribute the internal evaluation pipeline.

b. Communicate with lenders and Collateral Specialists to help facilitate internal evaluations.

c. Build, maintain, organize, and track the Construction Report for internal residential mortgages.
-
d. Conduct construction inspections and prepare and distribute construction inspection reports for local residential construction loans.
-
e. Build, maintain, organize, track, and distribute Construction report for Ag and Commercial loans for the Nebraska Bank Charter.

f. Conduct construction inspections and prepare and distribute construction inspection reports for local ag & commercial construction loans when asked.

g. Rebuild, maintain and distribute Platte Valley Companies Approved Appraisers List.

h. Contact all approved appraisers and update list accordingly at least yearly.

i. Conduct weekly inspections on all vacant OREO properties in the local area.

j. Serve as the receptionist for the Administration Center.

k. Help facilitate the ordering of supplies for the Administration Center.

l. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
-
1. Three years administrative experience preferred.
-
2. Excellent organizational skills
-
3. Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and fillable PDFs; experience with web‑based forms is preferred

4. Basic knowledge of construction practices and construction materials

5. Ability to work independently and as well as collaboratively
-
6. Good communication skills
-
7. Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidently of sensitive information
-
8. General areas of competency: decision making, dependability, development, environmental safety, evaluation skills, interpersonal skills, prioritizing, problem solving, team skills, and time management

9. Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
Light Work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
