Interns will leave with a much clearer understanding of whether the financial advisor career path is the right fit for them.
For candidates whose universities allow it, we are also happy to support this internship for class credit / academic credit hours.
This internship is designed to provide meaningful experience across several areas of the business, including:
- Supporting client service and administrative workflows

- Shadowing advisors to learn more about financial planning conversations and the client experience
- Assisting with special projects across operations, business development, and branding
- Rising junior or senior preferred pursuing Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Rising sophomores welcome if they demonstrate exceptional professionalism, initiative, and genuine interest in the industry
- Understanding of financial planning, investments, and investment management concepts
- Coursework, knowledge, or prior experience related to finance and investment concepts preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

- Comfortable communicating with team members, advisors, and clients in a professional in-office environment
- Eager to learn, ask thoughtful questions, and take ownership of projects
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in wealth management or financial advising
- Proactive, dependable, and positive attitude
This is more than a resume-building internship — it is an opportunity to gain real-world experience inside a growing wealth management firm, develop professional skills, and build relationships with experienced advisors and business leaders.
Interns will leave with practical exposure to:
- Wealth management operations
- Financial advisor business development
- Marketing strategy for professional services

- The day-to-day workings of an independent advisory practice
- The full scope of what it truly means to be a financial advisor beyond investment analysis alone
