Full-time, on-site Escrow Officer role based in Houston, TX. The primary responsibilities include overseeing and managing escrow files through closing, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and facilitating property transactions. The role also involves building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth transaction processes.
Full-time, on-site Escrow Processor role based in The Woodlands, TX. The primary responsibilities include open orders, front-end processing, back-end processing. The role also involves building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth transaction processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Closings and Escrow processes to handle property transactions efficiently and with precision
- Proficiency as a Notary Public, ensuring proper documentation and notarization processes
- Strong knowledge of Residential Real Estate to support various property-related transactions
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant computer and escrow software systems is a plus
- Previous experience in a title company or real estate-related role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education in related fields is a bonus
