Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, biostimulators, neuromodulator injections, and aesthetic laser procedures, while prioritizing precision, safety, and optimal results.
• Complete thorough patient consultations and assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and skin evaluations, to determine appropriate treatment options.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create individualized treatment plans that address each patient's aesthetic goals, concerns, and medical needs.
• Educate patients on recommended procedures, anticipated results, aftercare instructions, and potential risks to support informed decision-making and successful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records in electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in ongoing education, hands-on training, and professional development to remain informed about emerging techniques, technologies, and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
• Follow established clinical protocols, infection prevention practices, sterile techniques, and applicable safety standards to maintain a safe treatment environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current, valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Kentucky.
• Previous experience with neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, aesthetic laser treatments, or other cosmetic procedures is preferred.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and dermatology as they relate to aesthetic treatments.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and the ability to maintain thorough, accurate patient documentation.
• Prior experience in an aesthetic medical practice, dermatology office, plastic surgery clinic, or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate patients, establish trust, and work effectively with colleagues.
• Confidence in performing clinical evaluations, obtaining vital signs, conducting physical assessments, and developing appropriate treatment plans.
• A self-directed, adaptable mindset with a willingness to receive feedback, participate in training, and continuously improve clinical skills.
• A genuine passion for aesthetics, wellness, patient satisfaction, and delivering exceptional care.
