- Build strong relationships by providing proactive follow‑ups, personalized support, and clear communication that fosters trust and reduces attrition.
- Apply structured troubleshooting and process guidance to resolve merchant issues efficiently, ensuring first‑contact resolution whenever possible.
- Guide merchants through proper first steps and internal process improvements to minimize repetitive or low‑value inquiries, freeing time for complex support needs.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement automated processes that streamline workflows, increase effectiveness, and maximize the impact of a small support team.
