Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 6:30pm
Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 expected first-year earnings, uncapped commission
Job Description:
We are hiring a Junior Territory Account Manager to support our telecom and energy client campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area. This is an entry-level position designed for candidates looking to build a career in sales, account management, and business development.
No prior experience in account management is required. We provide structured, hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow customer accounts within assigned territories
- Execute face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities and support client growth
- Track performance metrics and meet individual and team goals
- Develop leadership and team management skills over time
Qualifications:
- Background in customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
