👩‍🍳 What You’ll Do

• Prep fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and ingredients daily
• Portion, season, marinate, bread, and prepare foods for cooking
• Assist with simple cooking tasks like salads, entrées, sauces, and sides
• Keep kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas clean and sanitary
• Follow food safety, portion control, and quality standards
• Help manage inventory, rotate stock, and minimize waste
• Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
• Interact kindly and respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers

📋 Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• At least 2 years of kitchen or prep experience
• Food Handler certification (First Aid required or willing to obtain)
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance

🕒 Schedule & Environment

• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Work in a busy kitchen with heat, cold storage, and standard cleaning chemicals
