Job Description:
You will play a crucial role in the kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards, ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers. The ideal candidate has a medium culinary background, is hard working, and committed to maintaining high standards in the kitchen.

Monday to Friday
8:00am to 4:00pm
Salary: $ $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Follow the chefs' prep list to plan daily duties.
- Efficiently arrange and stock all ingredients on shelves for easy access during food preparation.
- Accurately measure ingredients and seasonings to ensure precise cooking..
- Undertake food preparation activities, including washing and chopping vegetables, as well as cutting meat
- Perform basic cooking tasks such as reducing sauces and parboiling food.
- Ensure proper storage of food and other kitchen items.
- Follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate on additional kitchen responsibilities as delegated by the team.
- Unload and store deliveries.
- Promptly report any kitchen accidents or instances of food safety code violations.
A successful Line Cook will have:
- 2 years of experience in Line/Pre Cook
- Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
- Manual dexterity with the ability to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
- Highly collaborative team member with outstanding communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to remain patient and positive under pressure
- Excellent physical condition and endurance
