We're Recruiting for a Litigation Associate in Fayetteville, Arkansas with 3 years of experience . Ideal candidates will have strong research, writing, oral communication, and team collaboration skills. Some transactional or corporate experience is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Working knowledge of commercial litigation, business disputes, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
- Familiarity with all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions, and drafting pleadings and a variety of dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Identify and analyze legal issues and present clear recommendations, while assuring legal compliance.
- Collaborate closely with other Firm attorneys.
- Perform administrative functions related to the practice of law.
The qualifications below are required:
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice or eligible to practice in the State of Arkansas
