We're recruiting for the Tampa, Florida office of a Fast-Growing AmLaw Firm looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience. An ideal candidate will value office collegiality and want to contribute to fostering a great culture. Preferred experience includes a background with real estate, consumer finance, and construction litigation, and a history of handling all phases of complex commercial litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations, communicating with opposing counsel and clients, appearing in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings, and trial experience.Admission to the Florida bar required and Civil litigation case management experience - preferably in both State and Federal Courts.
