We’re expanding our Inside Sales team and looking for motivated, coachable professionals who want more than just a paycheck — people who want to sell with purpose.
COMPENSATION
We offer a competitive Base salary uncapped commission bonuses that total to $65K–$150K .

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to schools and non-profits to identify fundraising opportunities
- Deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations to coaches and teachers
- Manage leads and pipeline in our CRM system
- Constantly work closely with leadership to refine your pitch and exceed sales goals
- Bring positive energy and a winning attitude every day
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience
- Strong communicator with persuasive and confident phone presence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and coachable
- Passion for helping others and making a difference
- Bachelor’s / 4-year degree required
